We are proud to announce the most flexible challenge ever, where we will attempt to guide and inspire you along the way, yet your motivation must be forged from within! We are combining one of the most successful methods of the traditional weight-loss challenges… AKA “BIGGEST LOSER”, with the F I R E that burns within from those who are willing to step outside of their comfort zone and endure the path that comes along with the pride of performing the M U R P H CrossFit Hero WOD workout, AKA “Body Armor”, OR a modified version of the same.

I’ve watched, participated at the office, and been a coach for multiple versions of the biggest loser and MURPH challenges, and I’ve seen and also appreciated myself, just how successful we can be, when sticking it out and giving our all in these challenges!

The challenge is ongoing, and recommended for 4/8/12 weeks or more. You’re expected to perform the MURPH or a hybrid version of it, at least 3x/week, and then focus on Nutrition, Strength, Endurance, Recovery, and Mindfulness at least 3x/week on alternating days when appropriate.

There will be weekly postings on our IG site, as well as an occasional email to those registered with helpful tips, tricks, recipe’s, and reminders to stay on track all challenge long!

Invite a friend, two, three or more and you’ll quickly see just how easy it is to get back on track, or keep your focus going all year long!

Accountability?

Simple: You’ll be tasked and challenged in good ole’ Three Sixty fashion. We’ll call you out online, praise your successes and encourage you to dig deep to overcome those moments of doubt!

The T E A M Inspire Challenge

Do you want to show support for your family member who’s a Firefighter? Your friend who’s in the Air Force? Your co-worker who was in the Marines or your neighbor who’s a Police Officer?

The Three-Sixty Challenge is a Military & Civilian Service inspired, repeatable “Playbook” designed to let family and friends go head-to-head while testing their abilities against some of the physical fitness requirements necessary for individuals to become some of the nations finest, bravest & toughest…!

  • Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard…
  • EMS, Police, Fire…

Why do Challenges Work?

When we attempt to workout on our own, we struggle because there’s nobody to help give us that push, that extra reminder of why we started and why we shouldn’t give up.

Another factor with challenges like the one designed here, is that it gives you SMART goals:

  • S pecific
  • M easurable
  • A chievable
  • R ealistic
  • T ime-Based

This means, you can continuously compete against yourself and if desired, the other competitors, on areas of health and fitness which will allow you to see progress over time, encouraging you to keep going each step of the way.

Lastly, anything that gets you active and moving, while also focusing on “360” degrees of health and fitness, including both mental and physical health is key to a well rounded program. Each of these challenges do focus primarily on the “physical” component, but the playbook allows for wiggle room to incorporate things like:

  • Nutrition
  • Mindfulness
  • Rest & Recovery
  • … and so much more, it’s really up to you as the template is a reusable guide.

So how does it work?

Each workout and challenge is loosely designed and inspired by those skills and physical fitness requirements which are necessary when candidates attempt to enter any one of the Military Branches or Divisions of Civilian Services. (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, EMS, Police, Fire, etc…)

Who?

Gather your friends, family, coworkers and more… and see who’s tough enough and brave enough to endure the 4, 6 or 8 week challenge!

What?

There’s a weekly check-in, accountability, camaraderie, prizes… but most important of all, you will gain confidence, strength, improved focus & become an inspiration to those who matter most in your life.

Where?

From your house, from your local gym, from your nearby track at the school, your basement, your garage… wherever you have access to crush your workouts!

When?
