Personal Training

Our goal is to keep you moving towards your goals… safely, one phase at a time.  It’s important to build a solid foundation before progressing into more advanced programming, and we focus on principles of muscular stabilization, strength, power and flexibility.

We offer Individualized training packages as well as buddy training (2-3 people) as well as small group training (4-8 people).  Packages are available in groups of 5/10/20 and we also offer single session options for large groups (ex. Corporate Wellness Programs).

Goal Setting is key to ensuring that your results are not just met, but also maintained and continuously improved upon.
